A Community Futures event

We are looking for small and medium manufacturing business' to participate in a national "Literacy, Essential Skills and Business Performance of Enterprises" research project conducted by Community Futures offices across Canada.

The project is aimed at manufacturing business with 20-50 employees and the information you receive will be valuable during the hiring process, will be useful to  increase productivity and supply you with current  knowledge of the effect of improving the literacy and essential skills of your team.

The process is fully facilitated by us to make it as easy as possible. At the end of the  project, you'll receive full details from all 48 participating businesses which you can use as a benchmark when evaluating you progress against other manufacturers.
