Reporting to the Executive Director
The Loan Administrator & Bookkeeper is responsible for the administration and management of the loan portfolio while also ensuring the flawless execution of bookkeeping (AR/AP) for the four companies we manage.
This role involves working with the Business Development and Credit Officer to prepare loan applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations. Additionally, the role involves performing all AR/AP bookkeeping duties, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions, loan advancements, and managing client loan payments.
Position Details (Full Time):
- This full-time position is based in our office in Parksville, BC, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35 hours a week). Some occasional evenings, weekends, or extended hours may be required to accommodate activities and events.
- After the probation period, a hybrid role of 3-4 days in the office will be considered.
- Anticipated Start Date: September 3rd, 2024.
Benefits & Compensation:
- $50,000-$57,000 per year ($27-$31/hr) – Compensation is commensurate with experience.
