Women’s Entrepreneurship Day – 4 Part Speaking Series

Harnessing Your Personal Strengths for Managing Through Change

Discover how to harness your personal strengths, build emotional resilience, and lead with confidence — even through disruption. Join a supportive community of women leaders and entrepreneurs for this transformational 4-part program that will strengthen your ability to thrive through uncertainty.

About the program

In today’s environment of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, the ability to navigate change is essential. Change leadership means leading ourselves, our teams, and our businesses through disruption with focus and grace. It is about maintaining personal effectiveness and well being for self and others, and managing the emotional side of change.

By strengthening personal resilience, we increase our capacity to maintain mental, physical, and emotional energy during times of stress and disruption. This enables sound decision making and sustained effectiveness when it matters most. This experiential program provides practical tools and proven practices that make your resilience strategy strong and adaptable.
